Seven years after announcing they would disband, Nik Roos, Martijn van Sonderen and Thijs de Vlieger say they are working together again on new terms, with a first show on Friday 4 December.

Noisia have confirmed that they are reuniting. The Dutch trio announced the news on 17 September 2026, exactly seven years after they announced they would split, and said they will play their first show since the end of their farewell tour at Melkweg in Amsterdam on Friday 4 December 2026. We Rave You reported it on 18 September.
Noisia are one of the defining names in modern neurofunk, and four of their tracks are in our Fifty Cuts Deep list. This is the group returning, not three solo projects: the members say they will keep their separate work going alongside it.
The trio are Nik Roos, Martijn van Sonderen and Thijs de Vlieger. Van Sonderen said that getting a rough idea from the others and letting his own ideas loose on it feels exciting again. Roos described the project as a realm of possibility and said Noisia is in motion again. De Vlieger called Noisia an unknown future prospect again.
The Melkweg show is on 4 December. According to We Rave You, presale opened on 23 September and general sale on 25 September. The plan is to test new ideas and works in progress live before anything else is mapped out, so there is no new album or tour announced yet.
